We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must submit your request within 7 days after the date of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days from the date the order is delivered will not be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after receiving the package.

  • Items must be new, unworn, with original tags, packaging, and all accessories included.

  • Sale items, final sale items, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong size, personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers should arrange their own return shipment.

  • Please contact our support team before returning any item to obtain the correct return address and RMA number.

4. Return & Refund Process

    Email support@saviorheat.ca within 7 days after receiving the package to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Ship the Return
    Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and ensuring the package is sent to the correct address.

  3. Inspection & Refund
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

  4. Refund Timeline
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after the return is received and approved.
    Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

For quality-related issues, Savior Heat provides a 30-day warranty period starting from the delivery date.
If the product has a confirmed quality problem, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
This policy does not cover customer-caused damage or normal wear and tear.


6. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

  • For quality-related issues, Savior Heat may offer repair or replacement during the warranty period.

  • Proof of defect (e.g., photo or video) may be required.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Free items are not covered by the warranty.

  • Savior Heat is not responsible for loss of data, damages caused by misuse, third-party repairs, or accidental returns.
